THE BOOKING PROCESS

Our house collections can be purchased directly from our website, however availability can not always be guaranteed.

You can also choose book your stationery in advance to guarantee you’ll have your invitations or on the day stationery in perfect timing. We will require a small deposit to book your design time, and all timings will be agreed in advance.

BOOKING IN ADVANCE

1. Get in touch. Use the enquiry form to get in touch and let me know a little bit about what you are looking for. I’ll confirm my availability and be in touch to arrange a phone or zoom call to have a good chat about how we can create your perfect stationery.

2. Save your date. To confirm your booking for invitations and on the day stationery, I will request a £50 deposit for each, with the final balance due before printing and production.

3. Get to work. When we are ready to create your design, I’ll send you a form to complete with all of the information you’d like to include with your invitations. I will put together a design proof for you to check, and you can then provide feedback and make any changes. Once you are happy with the designs, I will send the designs off to print and the final invoice will be due.

4. Over to you. Yay! Now everything is finished and beautifully packaged up and sent on to you to post out to your nearest and dearest. Onto the fun part… addressing your envelopes! Now we can get to work on any wedding day stationery you may need.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When should I order my stationery?

I have included a timings guide on when to send out your stationery, and the design process usually starts 2 months before this date. I do advise booking in your design time as soon as you know you would like to, as availability can be limited particularly during the summer months. You don't need to know your exact numbers, or have your design choices confirmed to do this, booking and paying a deposit will simply secure your design time to ensure you have your invitations and on the day stationery exactly when you need them.

How many invitations do I need to order?

It is best to send one save the date or invitation per household, family or couple, which usually works out at 70% of your guest list. I then always recommend ordering a handful more just in case. If you are inviting a guest and offering them a plus one, you would just send one save the date or invitation to the main guest. Save the dates are usually only sent to the day guests, but you can also send a “save the evening” if you’d like.

Can I order my evening invitations at the same time?

Yes! You can order and send out both your day and evening invitations at the same time. Alternatively you can wait to order your evening invitations after you have sent out your day invitations, just in case some guests aren't able to make it and you are able to invite some evening guests to the full day celebrations. It is completely up to you.

How do I send you the information for my invitations?

I will send over a link to an online form where you can fill in all the information you’d like to include. You can save this and come back to it over time if you need to confirm any details.

How long does it take to receive my stationery?

Once you are happy with your designs, it takes approximately 1-3 weeks depending on the design and finishes to receive the prints back from the printers, add any finishing touches and then send off in the post to you. If anything takes longer than this, I’ll make sure to let you know in advance.

Can you create an illustration of my venue?

Yes! Venue illustrations are one of my favourite invitations to create as my very talented Dad draws them. All we need from you is a clear photo of your venue from the angle you'd prefer the illustration to be. This can just be an online image as long as it's nice and clear and shows off your gorgeous wedding venue. The illustration does usually take 2-3 weeks to create.

Can I change the colour of the stationery, or swap the band for some ribbon?

Yes absolutely! All of our collections can be changed to suit your colour scheme. All of the card stock, envelopes, wax seals, ribbons etc come in such a variety of beautiful colours we'll be sure to find something that matches your theme. You can also change any of the finishing touches to any design to suit your style.

What happens if I need to change my table plan?

I will let you know the last date for any changes to your table plan, up until this date you can make any changes you need before it is sent off to print. After the table plan has been sent off to print, I am not able to make any other changes unless you wish to reprint it.
