Congratulations on booking such a stunning venue for your wedding! I hope you’re excited for all of the fun planning to come, including your stationery! I have been designing wedding stationery for over 5 years now, and hopefully will have the perfect design for everyone! Below is a list of the stationery included in your package, alongside some of the other stationery I can design in the same theme.

HOW MANY INVITATIONS ARE INCLUDED?

There is a maximum of 1 save the date/invitation per contracted guest included in your package. So if your contract is for 50 day guests and 20 evening guests, you can order a maximum of 50 save the dates, 50 day invitations and 20 evening invitations.

Save the dates and invitations are usually sent 1 per family/couple/household this normally covers what you would need plus a few extra. If you do need extra, you can always pay extra for the amount you need and I will just invoice you separately when printing.

WHEN SHOULD I SEND OUT MY STATIONERY?

Save The Dates - 12 to 18 months before, order 1 month before you’d like to send them out.

Invitations - 4 to 6 months before, order 1-2 months before you’d like to send them. If you need to include your menu with your invitations, make sure to have your menu tasting around the same time as ordering so we can include your chosen options. As you order your save the dates, I will confirm with you when you’d like to send out your invitations so that I can start the process in plenty time.

On The Day Stationery - I will be in touch 2 months before your wedding to start on your table plan and place cards. At this point I will just need to know how many tables you are having to put the layout together. I will need your final table plan and guest list 3 weeks before your wedding. Everything will be delivered to yourself around 1-2 weeks before your wedding.
